Duck Hunting Partners on Old Hickory?

I moved from California 4 years ago and did some duck hunting there. Have not had a chance to duck hunt here in TN till this season. I live in Gallatin and my parents have a dock with a boat on Old Hickory Lake. I connected with another new guy from Mississippi who lives in Nashville and we are going to give it a go this season. We are going to meetup at Nashville Gun Club and shoot some clay pigeons after Thanksgiving.
We know duck hunting is light in Mid Tenn, but it is close by. But we will be looking out west for future seasons.
