Just an experiment to see what home canned milk taste like. I did two jars. The one I just opened was in a room temperature pantry for 9 days. Wanted to see how closely it tasted like store bought canned milk and it taste just like a can of evaporated milk.
Placed in the pressure canner can until up to 10lbs of pressure then removed heat and allowed to lose pressure slowly.
Don't ask me why I tried this. I don't really know why. Thought it was be interesting if I could shelf stabilize milk at home.
