Sent from my phone.
Was it a blind retrieve? Moose has needed to do exactly one 100+ yard retrieve, he chased a cripple across open water to the other shore but I know that on a 400 yard BLIND retrieve I'd have to get out of the blind.
Jarbo I gotta say good job if Taz can do that.

If you want your dog to run 3 mile blinds good for you, if you want your dog to just fetch your beer there nothing wrong with that either. Whether you want a top flight retriever or just a hunting buddy what you do with your dog is your business and you shouldn't judge others on what they do with theirs. When it comes to training there is no right or wrong there is only what works for you. More than one way to skin a cat.. The only opinion of your dog that matters is yours. No reason to get our feathers ruffled, all that matters is you are happy with your dogs performance no matter what their skill level is.

It is but seriously, we had a layover in hong kong and decided to tour the streets and maybe grab some food. I saw I guy skinning a golden retriever at a market. He also had a cage full of different breeds of dogs that if you wanted to buy one, he'd clean it for you. It was pretty sad.
