Shit. I don't even have an automatic/emergency stop on my garage door and I've got a couple 3 kids riding bikes in and out all the time.
coincidentally neither do I
I fuckin hate those things. I've got a new garage door motor bc mine is so old it doesn't have a remote, but I've been delaying putting it up partially bc I hate those damn sensors. I'm sure there's a way to bypass them.
I'll show ya how the guy who owned the house before me did it
I think I have an idea of how... Just mount them on the wall somewhere pointed at each other.
yup that's what this old timer did. That way they're still there should you ever decide you want em
Or just close the circuit the sensors plug into....
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
