Different but quite pleasant tasting, smell and texture take some getting used to but I can tell you the jar ain't gonna last a week. Still have the god damn gout lingering, take red meat out if your diet and it's a struggle to stay full and not get burnt out on certain foods

Try this one:
Make some sticky rice, about 4 cups cooked. (We use leftovers from the rice cooker, so not sure how you'd go about this)
Chop up 2-3 cups of kimchi, sort of coarse. Biggest pieces maybe the size of a buckle.
Put some oil in a skillet and get it hot. Throw in the rice, throw the chopped kimchi on top, and fry it quick, sort of mixing it up.
When it's hot, take it out. Then fry up a couple runny eggs and put on top. Cut them up and let the yolks run all through it.
Deeeeeeelicious.
