That's incredible AT. Really really wish I had the sunlight for a garden 1/2 the size of yours

And yes, that is an electric flyswatter. Works like a mofo. Caught a wasp on fire.

After hearing that, I have to have one! Would like to put in a garden next year, glad I didn't this year, couldn't have kept up with the required watering.

$5 at Tractor Supply. Takes 2 (I think) AA batteries. When you get a wasp or something big enough to get hung up in the grid, it'll start smoking. Sometimes quite heavily. The wife hasn't been able to shock me with it yet, despite trying.

Done! TSC is less than 10 minutes away, and Taz is almost due for another bag of food. I will find other fun uses.

Oh, they can snap you. We used to play with those at gander back in the day. Those when you could sneak up, the battery powered airsoft guns for cross store warfare.

Just went out to pick peppers. I just picked all those other tomatoes last night, and these were waiting for me in the garden.

And what I went out to pick. The hot dry weather has made it a banner year for peppers. Anybody wants some, come and get them. I've got enough peppers put up for two years, and still have a month and a half of picking left.

Those big peppers, did you get them from burpee? And were they supposed to be jalapeno? My dad ended up with a bunch of those and he ordered jalapenos.

No, I got them from the local Southern States, and they are Anaheims. Although I did buy some Burpee seeds from Walmart, because my wife wanted them. They were supposed to be yellow banana peppers for making pepperoncini, but they turned out to be blazing hot Serranos.
