Household remedies???

Is there any household items that I can put on a spot on my ole black females leg to stop her from licking it? Basically I'm wondering if there is something handy already around the house I can use til I have a chance to get to the store and buy some bitter apple or something.

It doesnt really look like there is anything wrong with her leg (its not even red), she keeps licking herself.

My in-laws use gold bond on hot spots for their dogs. It was either told from a vet or found online, can't say for sure.

How about Vick's? Got any of that? If not, you can rub an orange on there, too. That's worked for me in the past. Actually, I used an orange peel, but I'd imagine you could just rub the orange on and that'd work also.
