Uds smoked chuck roast that got literally got destroyed in less than a minute. Chicken kabobs. A steak. And waffle fries. 15 coors lights ( guesstimate) and split a sackful from Krystal with the Mrs. Time for bed.

Soinds good. Have low grilled some chuck, never smoked though.

Single fried oysters??? Are those along the lines of refried beans, or are there double fried oysters?

Single fried are one whole oyster, battered and fried. Around here, "fried oysters" may mean three things- single fried, over large oysters cut up, breaded and fried (think clam strips), or smaller oysters with a little filler added and fried to make a larger one. That last one shouldn't be confused with an oyster fritter though, which is small oysters with seasonings and some pancake batter added, then ladled into a deep fryer. But fritters are eaten as a sandwich.

Depends on what you're in the mood for, but I prefer single fried.

Got it. I've had fried oysters once. On a po' boy samich. Didn't care for them that way. On the half shell is much better than that samich...Maybe a different type of fried would be better for me.
