That's what you get for taking an azian bride. Lol Stir fry is good but don't want it all the time. That etouffee does sound good. I bet I'd get even fatter if I spent much time in cajun country.

I made potato soup and it was fuckin awesome.

Back to coonass food - we've got early goose next weekend, might need a goose gumbo recipe.

I make specklebelly gumbo but don't see why you cant sub a big Canadian.ill work on getting you a recipe from makin the roux to spooning it on rice and as with any gumbo you gotta have a side of potatoe salad
