Not impressed with the rotisserie teal, skin is too thick and doesn't have a good flavor. Would prob make a good stock though.

never had potatoes like that but that sounds like it would be. Or even some roasted garlic roasted potatoes with bacon with lobster sounds like it'd be pretty great too.

Smoked Dill Havarti and cheddar, mix into a rue with chicken stock. Add noodles and lobster meat. Bake.
