home made bread?

A local company makes the kits, just add a beer. I used a peppercorn spiced wheat beer and added a Mexican cheese blend. 'twas delicioso!

Somebody wanna give me a quick rundown on the poppers? I tried soaking in Italian dressing the making them but was wondering if there's a better recipe.
