Colby and summer sausage does go good together. But Ritz crackers are much better.

Sounds like you need to get into the cheese business.

I was hoping I was reading it wrong. No way I would give that for cheddar cheese, if I could buy beef cheaper...

11 buck a pound, considering walmart brand cheddar is 8 bucks a pound, that's not terrible.

i'd make my own if i had the space.

Flint's grandparents once brought back some cheese from France or somewhere near there and it was like $150 bucks/lb. His grandmother laid out some crackers and in a few hours we ate the whole block. I don't have a clue about what kind of cheese it was but damn it was amazing.

That price was marked down....was $13/lb. Owner marked it down to just under 11 for me since I get it often.

It's aged 5 years Assa....that's 5 years that some cheese company had to wait to profit off this cheese. How much would you have to charge for something that cost $5 to make today, for 5 years down the road?
