Where did you buy from?
Olly wrote:If you own a mud motor you know the feeling of opening a new prop. To you it looks like $250 bucks that you will literally grind away over one seasons worth of use.

A tiki hut wholesaler on eBay.
It was $120 for 60ft, from gander mnt or cabelas it would have cost like $240 for 6, 10 ft sections.

Its nasty. Super uncomfortable, ugly, heavy...but it runs. Gonna sandblaster and restore it.

Mucks are da bomb. I bought a pair, my brother and father tried em out and then promptly went and bought their own pairs
assateague wrote:Tomkat wrote:AT, will you get that first pintail mounted?
I'll more than likely just mount it right there in the field.

couldn't justify buying a pair while i was in concrete, hit a sharp edge on the rebar and the boot just became worthless. i did think long and hard about it though. are they insulated?

Maybe there's other uses in the world besides concrete. Maybe.

never said there wasn't. just saying i did seriously consider them at one point because my job required a rubber boot. i think they're too expensive for what they are, unless the price has dropped significantly in the last 4 years.
i still want to know if they're insulated. i wore some once and they were comfortable, i'd buy some if i could find a good deal.
