I threw dinner together real quick tonight and it turn out great. Grilled rare backstrap cut thin. Then made into little deer steak sliders using freshly baked biscuits. With a little grilled onion, half made with blue cheese crumbles the other with Pepper Jack and a very light drop of BBQ Sauce... It ended up being awesome!

I wish, I love shrimp.

I was at the Oregon coast for a week this summer and read a sign down at the harbor that said something like 65% of the local fishery was shrimp. I wanted to cook fresh shrimp one night for dinner and went to 3 fish markets (1 no more than 100 yards from the harbor) and 2 grocery stores, none of which had fresh shrimp. All frozen from Thailand. When I told the one guy I wanted fresh not frozen he acted offended.

25 pounds of shrimp sounds good, but I'm not to sure about the "pooh" though.
