damn, that sounds good!

I went the lazy bastard route and picked up a bottle of Franks wing sauce at the grocery store instead of making it myself.

Ha! Thats the thing, I've never made my own buffalo sauce. When I want hot wings I usually just go to a restaurant.

So I decided to cut the chicken into bite size pieces, flour and fry it. I put it in a bowl and tossed with the Frank's sauce (these "buffalo bites" were awesome on their own) and topped the pizza with cream cheese pizza sauce, the chicken and grated cheese.
Making it into a pizza really took the heat out of the wing sauce, if you're scratch making the sauce you might want to dial it up a little.

Made a pretty good pizza though.

Those kind of meals are even more fun when you can blow your wife outta the house. That is until she retaliates. Then me and the dogs are gone for a week while the smog settles!

brown some chicken thighs and throw them in a casserole dish and add a can of "tomatoes with chiles" on top, spreading evenly. douse the top with chile powder (i add quite a bit) and some Tapatio. cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. serve with mexican rice and refried beans or whatever the fuck you think goes with spicy chicken

Stouffers chicken cordon blue is hitting the spot tonight.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

Not that I care to eat it, but at least heart is a muscle so it stays out of the gut category.
