That place any good?

Oh yeah. It's the only chain restaurant I've been to that's consistently good no matter where you go.

I hate liver. Duck meat reminds me of it too, therefore I'm not a big fan of that either.

Quit overcooking your duck. A meat thermometer is a rookie wild game chefs best friend.

Poppers and green chili stew. Kills the duck flavor pretty well.

Salt pepper and a hot bbq grill. Cook it to rare and eat it right off the grill.

It's not bad. It was in a DU magazine. I'll see if I can dig it up for you when I get back to my computer.

My favorite thing to do with duck is jerky. Haven't had any in awhile.

i couldn't agree more Jarbo, that's exactly why some people think duck tastes bad.

at some point, somebody published an article saying you need to cook duck all the way through or you'll die or something retarded like that. probably why you don't see duck on most people's menu these days.

cook em rare to medium rare and they taste better than beef.

If you pick a duck with the skin on and cook it medium rare on the BBQ or rotisserie it don't get much better then that.
