Here ya go,
Weave up the bacon. Plenty of cooking sites give instructions.
Smash out a 1 lb log of tennesee pride sausage in a gallon ziploc bag. Make it square and even.
Put whatever shit you want in there,
I put onions cheese and spinach, chili powder, brown sugar etc....
However you can put whatever the fuck you want.
Roll it up. Tight.
Then throw that roll on your bacon weave and roll it around that.
Throw the whole big nasty fat and grease laden meat chunk on the smoker for 3 hours at 250 til you get an internal temp of 165-170
Take it out and put it in the oven on broil at 500, watch that bitch bc it will fucking burn, what your trying to do is crisp up the bacon.
Take it out
Let it rest
Eat that greasy fuck with some beer
Lay the fuck down and moan. You now feel like hell but it was delicious.

Please. The steak fits easily on one plate, it's all that other crap that needs it's own plate.

Get back to me when you've got a steak that covers two plates.
