First duck of the season. Spicy duck stir-fry with peanuts. First time with the recipe. Came out good.

Holy shit. My wife gets so mad when I call it "the" gout, says that's incorrect. It's always an issue bc it seems like her dad can get the gout from eating a ham sandwich. Dude is constantly suffering from the gout.
