Threw 2 chicken breasts with chicken broth, couple cubed up sweet taters, onion and some curry seasoning, paprika, cayenne. Set on low for about 4 hours, shredded the chicken and tossed it in some of the broth thickened with cornstarch. Served over rice and garlic bread. Damn it was good!
