Shrimp poboy! Fresh caught shrimp (still translucent when I bought them yesterday), lightly fried, and piled high on slice of heated, New Orleans French Bread (Leidenheimer's ), with lettuce, a couple of Wickle's pickle slices, mayo and cocktail sauce. A pile of fresh potato chips and an ice cold beer completed the "gorge". Dammit man, love living on the Gulf Coast!!!!

I've only had squirel once. We don't have a season for them and a lot of people think its gross to eat tree rats.
I went grouse hunting with a couple buddies once and we stopped to fry some up for lunch. Well, as I'm cleaning a grouse and building a fire, a squirel scampers by. One of my buddies looks at me with a smirk and I nod at him. The other guy has no idea what's going on. Buddy grabs his gun, shoots the squirel, cleans it and throws it in the pan with the grouse. The other guy threw a fit and refused to eat anything.

I'm sure there are better ways to cook it, but it was really good.

I've had squirrel a few times, Everytime was just skinned and thrown in a butter pan and every time was just for fun to say we've eaten squirrel. Not that bad.
