if you post the picture, you're gonna get kicked in the nuts

turkey as well, hoping to God this thing doesn't need to cook for 10 hours. told the woman that next year we should do a smoked deer roast instead, she said no and that it wasn't traditional

so then, to make my day interesting, i googled the first thanksgiving and showed her that the pilgrims did, in fact, eat deer rather than turkey.

now she's kind of pissed at me

Women love it when guys tell them they are wrong on trivial shit! Good for you! I hear Denny's serves a great turkey dinner, don't know if they have venison though. Good luck!

I smoked ours in halves on the drum. Motherfucker, was that good. Took about 4 1/2 hours for 2 10lb halves.

Also had a ham, stuffing, potatoes, oyster dressing, mac and cheese, Lima beans, greens, corn pudding, cranberries, pickled beets, zucchini, and roasted cauliflower. No Indians were invited.

And I'm taking a dump right now.

I buy a pint at the start of the season to get me through until I start getting foxes. But then I do empty the bladders into the spray bottle as I go, after skinning them. I get pissed when I open the ones that peed before I could kill them. Empty bladders are useless.
