I'll more than likely just mount it right there in the field.

Don't stress jarbo, a good time will be had. Ducks are crazy, they'll be there.

Ducks require water, which we don't have. Geese though, will sleep on the ice.

A video from scouting this morn. Only water for many miles, if these birds decide to fly out to the south to feed, we will be good. They were flying to NE today.

I'm not stressed, I'm pissed. I fucking hate this weather. Jimbo, the pintail that flew over me while filming had a nice sprig, he'll be waiting for you next year. If KS sold a 2 day upland license, I would definitely advise on chasing ditch parrots. But, anything can happen in 2 days.

Quackhead and I will be on the road and headed that direction tonight. Hopefully by 8:00pm. 16-18hr drive under ideal conditions. I'll bet it won't be ideal all the way. We will have our upland vests in the box and some lead.

I'm still torn on what to buy, I can easily swing the full license but the two day waterfowl is oh-so convenient...

It might change fly times, be a while before any water is open.

Ill be there regardless. After doing one big meet up and hunt, its almost more fun sitting around, bs-ing and drinking. The hunting is just a plus. Also remember fellas, I have access to some decent spots across the border, just gotta spend more money on tags.

We see a few but nothing like the numbers y'all see. I have a hunt this year with the dog breeder, he guides for snow geese in SEMO. I would love to get a chance at some snows while I'm there for sure. As for the layout blinds, I'm bringing one for myself and one for dale.

All I need is my 1 days small game which is $11 or $12.
