JR...I've got a folding table. No need. Although if a few of ya wanna throw a lawn chair in the truck that might be handy. Maybe only need 3 or 4.

Tim...gas station coffee on the way. And it actually ain't bad.

As for food, I'll have my grill and trash can smoker out. Gimme a couple days and I'll just throw together a tentative menu and we can add to or change it up some

I was already planning on doing the paper plate and dixie cup thing.

My trailer has 5 beds...6 if y'all double up on the masterbed. There's floor space for a 7th person if someone has a twin air mattress.

Mike and Tim have dibs on my playroom/ laundry room. Just need cots or or mattresses.

What're y'alls thoughts on lunch? Wanna just eat out or head back and grub on left overs (if there is any) or sandwiches?

I can drag out the smoker and smoke chickens, ducks, etc and throw some poppers on the grill Wednesday.

Someone mentioned tri tip. We can do that Thursday night with some baked taters and other fixings

And if there's a Friday night, we can figure it out

I'm gonna go to the butcher shop a day or 2 before I head down and pick up 2 marinated tri tips. They're usually about 3lbs, should that be enough?
