Getting rid of fast food, soda, alcohol, tobacco, 99.9% of all medications, etc is good for you're health you should let the government control all of that for you too.

That's not in the constitution. From the Declaration of Independence.

But how does that effect other people? It doesn't...so go for it. Just like drugs, seat belts, and helmets. Just hunting yourself, so why do we have laws on these?

It effects everyone by making it safer for them. Just as you said shell limits are good for the conservation of the birds, limiting all of that is good for the conservation of everyones health.

Nuff, so you can stop changing your argument, please feel free to list what you think the point/benefit of shell limits is/are:

1.
2.
3.

Someone fucking up their own life by doing drugs or drinking too much pop doesn't have any affect on me. Some douche bag going through a case of shells at ducks 100 yards away makes my day suck while he is having fun.

If the person is a crack head and robs you for crack money, fucked up while driving and hits you, having a bad trip and thinks your a demon and tries to kill you, has a heart attack while driving and hits you due to eating big macs 4 times a week for 20 years, etc, etc, etc, etc,..... Then it effects you, shit like I listed above happens everyday through the US, and based on your logic it should be limited as should shells on wma. It's a matter of principle and freedoms and you want yours and others infringed upon to fit what you think is right.

I'm sorry, but I just can't see the relationship between the things your comparing.
If you don't like shell limits, then don't hunt a managed area. There are a lot of special regs when hunting these places. They tell you where to hunt, what kind of boat you can use, how big of shot you can use, and special shooting hours.

I'm done with this thread. Not much else I can say and you guys aren't understating what these places would be like with unlimited shells.
There are 70 parties all spaces out about 150-200 yards apart. 20k ducks flying around the refuge looking for a place to eat. With unlimited shells a guy could easily shoot 100 times in a half day hunt at out of range birds. They might hit 10 and find 2. Unless you've experienced over crowded management hunts you don't know the damage no shell limits would do.

Trust me I have experienced this over and over and over and over again. Every time I hunt the Red River here, which is packed with hunters. The point I'm trying to make is that people with the mindset that there needs to be more regulations is the problem with this country. Freedoms are already being taken away on a way too damn many of them basis. The last thing needed is anymore regulations on freedom.
Are you for free speech? Based on your above you shouldn't because it could cause someone to have a bad day by saying something wrong to them. Are you for the right to protest? You shouldn't be because you could cause someone to have a bad day. Are you for............
