Pasties are a meat pie, up north thing, usually with taters, onions and rutabaga or carrots. Traditionally way under spiced and quite bland but I like to dope them up a little, very tasty

A jazzed up meat pie. When I make em I put in celery, onion, and bell pepper in it. Gonna give the tater/rutabaga a try. Next time you make sauce p or etoufee make a lil extra or use the left overs for some. Good stuff.

been replacing the complete breaking system on this old girl.
im not a GM guy but this has a warmed over big block. giving it to the kid as a beater.
