Three armed men broke into an apartment that had two men inside. The peeps tied up the victims and were beating them. The office was called so the manager went to investigate. He was tied up and beaten as well.
The perps took off in a white two door car heading east on Bloomington road.
Damn...I was safer camping on the side of a road in Arkansas.
