Not trolling. New member from South Louisiana. I've been duck hunting in Pecan Island since 1980, and started mountain hunting about 10 years ago. In my mountain hunting pursuits, there's technical, waterproof gear that is lightweight albeit somewhat expensive. The hunting conditions are comparable to waterfowl hunting, but there's a void in comparable gear for waterfowl hunting. I'm just floating ideas as food for thought.

I'll ask the next duck I see what camo pattern fools him the best and ask him to ask his buddies too. Will get back with you.

I alternate camo patterns every hunt that way the ducks don't start to recognize one single pattern. Since I started doing this, my harvest numbers have increased 14% to 19%.

in Michigan hunting coats are rated by how many beers they hold, the orange deer coats from Kmart circa 1989 still hold the championship
