Our little town changed the parade route this year to stage at the edge of town less than a block away, and the loud bastages and bastitches are finally gone on down the road. (Had to "settle" for sausage in a red gravy over rice here at the homestead.)

Haha! Bastitches, that's a new one I'm gonna have to borrow Rick. Speaking of, new words Mrs. Rodeo Queen opened up the new DU calendar that showed up yesterday and exclaimed, "piann en chu!". (However it is spelled). Couldn't help but chuckle at her.

Think most here would spell it paille-en-tchew (hay/straw-in-butt) but I've also seen paille-en-queue, which, I suppose, would be a more Continentally French ass. But you were pretty close phonetically: maybe "pie-en-tchew".

Good to know she got something valuable out of trip in any case.
