I can hear myself dipshit. I used to know a little bit of sign language but it gets to confusing. If I remember correctly, I started wearing starkeys about 5ish. Man was I given so much hell first day of first grade. Didn't know what the fuck music was.

No, those were "the" brand of hearing aids back 10-12 years ago. Best on the market and them fuckers cost $7000 in 2005 The ones I have now are made by GN and are the best on the market. They were about $3000 for the pair, and I get a blue tooth adapter for apple and android products and a remote to adjust my volume setting. At the lowest setting, 5% better than people with normal hearing of 0 DB.

I wasn't try to brag, just explaining how far hearing technology has come. The first pair I had ($7k) only improved my hearing by about 30%, but I could only hear up to -40 DB below a normal hearing DB. The ones I have now, at te lowest level I can hear 5% or 5DB above normal hearing and they only costed $3k. It's amazing how far technology has come in on decade.
