Eat, but eat small. 6-7 snacks a day and pick up the physical activities and the pounds will drop off man. I put on 30 pounds in the last few years and lost 17 over the last 6 months.

small steak, a pita with hummus, and a side of cottage cheese. breakfast should be something like two English muffins with goat cheese and jelly. Take up jogging after you get off work. eat healthy and get exercise and you can trim up very quickly. I started watching what I ate after I quit chewing, never felt better

Absofuckinlutely. Throw some fire sauce on top of that and it's a delicacy. It's just that 3 grillers will fill you more for close to the same price
