Mine has become this mineral vitamin herbal type of soup my wife makesa me. Doesn't taste great or cure you but perks you up a bit

Hot and Fast is kinda the newest thing on the scene on the professional circuit. You can achieve the same tenderness a lot faster using foil and higher heat with less time over open smoke. Ill agree the low n slow is better. My baby backs take 6 hrs at 225. But all I have to cook on is a trash can smoker. So if I wanted to do more than three racks at once I need to figure a way out to speed it up. My post wasn't even about cooking times. It was abt how spare ribs suck. I've done them both ways now and still shitty but my back ribs always turn out A+.

Sorry no pic but you should be able to use your imagination, I had nacho cheese but no leftover taco meat so I fried up a couple strips of bacon. Bacon nachos! Awesomeness!
