$370? Wow!
ya tell me about it.ill be doin mine from now on

I canned the snack items long ago. I get all my deer now cut up into steaks. That way, if I want jerky, I can make jerky. The guy who does my processing charges $125 per deer. $175 per elk.

BFG All terrains. Nice tires but not cheap.
Swampers would have been cheaper I think.

I see. I looked at getting BFG Wranglers for mine but they had to be custom ordered since my truck has tires that are almost exclusive to its model. Its a pain.

You don't always have to buy the size that came on your truck. My truck calls for a 235 size tire and I have and am getting 265 on there. Still gets over 20mpg

Tire shop just called. Said they put a dent in the door of my truck. Said I cold either go to the body shop or take a discount on the tires. Told him I'd have to see what it. Looked like before I made a decision. Probably going with the discount. He said that the dent was small enough that if he didn't tell me I wouldn't have noticed.

Does that qualify as a scratch and dent sale?

265/75/R15s I think. All the places I went to get tires had never even head of them. Only vehicles that I have found that has them stock is Z71 Colorados and Canyons.

I dunno I'm gonna get it fixed if it's bad enough but he said it was under the door so hopefully it's nothing and I get abut $100 off my tires.

At least they were honest enough to tell you about it, and give you the option of repair or discount. If it's that small, you may not have noticed for a while, and been wondering when that happened. Quality tire store

When we figured out our truck has "special order" tires that are high dollar we started looking for ppl selling their old ones. Turns out that nobody likes the stock tires for dodge trucks like we have. Its common for people to upgrade new trucks.
I have a tall stack of tires. Got em all for less than $25 each.
They're round and they're rubber and they roll.
Cheap.

and are total shit. I have pictures of my dad's stock tires with a flat from a pinecone. The tires that come on the trucks have to be for demo only, they are absolutely terrible.

Betty, if you want good tires, go look at hankook dynapro atms, absolutely awesome tire, especially in snow after you get them siped. total cost for mine with alignment, tire insurance and remounting one of the old tires for a spare was $840.

BF Goodrich all terrain TA is the next tires I'm buying.
They were not available in my size until recently.
I'm using my $25 ones for now.

Good to know Olly, thanks! Been buying tires from Fausak's for years, and glad to hear that the quality of service has not gone downhill............cause I'm gonna need some soon if I don't sell my truck and buy another. I'm with Assa when it comes to opening the wallet, but 12 years and 222k miles, think it's about time............dammit!

Don't get the all terrains. They wear out quickly and have no warranty. Get the wranglers they come with a mileage warranty. My dad wore out a set of ATs in less than 20K.
