This reminds me of what I ate at this microbrew place we went last night. Bacon Mac n cheese fritters. Basically it was a ball of Mac n cheese (mozzarella) and bacon deep fried and battered dipped in some kind of jelly. It sounds nasty but it was fuck-in-awesome. Then had a bacon cheese burger as the main course.
