Backstrap on the pit stuffed with garlic bell pepper and onions seasoned with Tonys(cajun seasoning ).wrapped in aluminum foil with apple juice poured in and basting it with a mix of cajun power and Steens dark molasses and homemade scalloped potatoes in the oven

Had fried Italian sausage dipped in cheese whiz and some other stuff at Hannah's house. Stuff didn't taste to great and I about shat myself.

You can make a basic shrimp poboy with Fried shrimp or oyster,mayo lettuce,tomato and pickle and if at all possible make or buy jalapeno mayo.french bread or something close if possible.
