Yeah, put in about 3 eggs, a 1/4 cup of parmesan, two pounds of cottage cheese, and about a 1/2 pound of mozzarella.

That's how my mom did it almost to a T, I always do ricotta, may have to do it your way for nostalgia one of these days, god knows its lasagna weather again

Red potatoes, onions, garlic, green pepper, and oil or margarine.
Season with Montreal steak seasonings.
Wrap in foil and bake.
