I've never been tazed.......yet. My plan is to immediately pull those barbs or break the wires, if I can. Will that work?

My in-laws' dogs got tazed by the cops once. She(the dog) ran back into the back yard when she got away. She had the wires(about 20') hanging off of her. I'm guessing she ran and the wires broke or came loose from the gun.

A field expedient teetertodder, a rag and a bucket of water, just to start with. As for electrical persuasions, I prefer jumper cables, the springs hold the jaws tighter on the testies.
