this i agree with, as well as the wheat allergy bullshit. in the last 3 years I've heard a ton of people i know who now claim that they're allergic to wheat, i think it's all a fad.

I used to drink tons of milk. The older I've gotten, the less I can drink. If I have it with cereal or food, I'm okay, but If I just pound a glass or two with nothing else, I end up on the toilet for hours full of gas and liquid. I still drink it if I'm feeling like I need to purge the system out though. I've switched over to vanilla almond milk because it tastes better anyways.

One question though. If milk does this to me, why doesn't ice cream? I can crush a pint and be perfectly fine.

Eric, if you are drinking skim or 1/2% you may want to try 2% or whole milk. The extra fats in ice cream may be helping your body break down the milk in a more tolerable way. The extra fat in 2% might do the same for you.

I've tried them all, multiple times. All ends the same. Me running to the toilet every 30 minutes for a 10 second fart and liquid spraying out my ass.
