Sometimes I feel like my FIL still hates my guts, even more so now that she's pregnant it just confirms his worst fear.
The other day I got in her little brothers truck and he gave me an e-cig to try so I take a big drag off it and blow out a huge cloud.... Look up and there's her dad staring at me, shakes his head and walks off. Haha. Seems like he always catches me doing stuff I don't normally do. Like pulling up in my yard and I'm sitting on the front porch drinking alone with beer cans all around my ankles. Once again a one time event that helps form his opinion of me.

My wife's family has been so good to me that they are my family. My own family is extemely dysfunctional.
My wife's family...her sister gave me her old bow and her old pistol. Her husband practically gave me a Beretta 390. Just be yourself and let them accept that. You're a good person. Fuck what FIL thinks. You can't control that.

I think you took this the wrong way. Her dad is a great guy and is always doing stuff for us. I just feel like he thinks I'm an idiot bc he always seems to show up when I'm doing stupid shit I don't normally. That was the just of the story AB.

I like to cook and grocery stores aren't bad but I've gotten to a point where I refuse to get groceries at Wal-Mart. Hate that fucking store. Pisses me off to no end when you have a cart full of shit, and so do 20 other people, and they only have 2 registers open.
