Since when do mailmen deliver mail wearing shorts, t shirt, ball cap and sneakers?

Since always. Dunno about the t-shirt but I've seen USPS people in shorts and ball caps as long as I can remember.

Yes, mailmen wearing USPS uniform shorts and ball cap. This guy was wearing gym shorts, a Pirates t, and Pirates cap.

The mailman had a partner. You should've seen the under cover brother. He had on a beach floppy hat, red gym shorts and a t shirt. I couldn't get my phone up fast enough to take a pic. WTF! There should be done kind of dress code. They don't need to look like bums.

The can was a real can with proper plates. Besides, the guy just got done delivering my mail. But I know what you mean. You see a black guy walking around the neighborhood, you call the cops, unless he is posing as a mailman. I'm going to have to keep my eye on this pair.

he's probably an associate carrier. Works the regular guys day off. And if that pic was taken today it would make sense. Must regulars take Monday off cause it's the heaviest mail day. And I don't I think associates typically get uniforms. I didn't. I did it for one summer during college. But I can't explain his partner

My hood eats up mail carriers. Too bad because last summer there was a really hot blonde female one that was cute. She wore shorts too. :mrgreen:
