that is quite possibly the best coffee house breakfast I've ever seen, and Rick, I'd be having a double shot latte, whole milk, 160 degrees with that

For the past 20 years or so I've been eating meals prepared by some of the finest chefs in the world while working on yachts. The galleys were stocked with some of the most expensive imported coffees from all over the world. The container of Maxwell House original was always there strictly for my consumption. i never gave a shit about coffee until I gave up cigarettes, once I quit smoking I became a coffee snob, my coffee is so strong now it leaves a 1/4" of mud in the bottom of the cup, nicotine compensation I guess

Eggs Benedict. I get it everywhere I go. The best I have ever came across in my travels hands down most awesome I've made the 2 1/2 hour drive just for breakfast and a day at the beach. Is a restaurant called Egg Heads in Fort Bragg California. Just thinking about it makes me want to jump in the truck and start driving. Its so good.

I judge a restaurant by their chicken fried and eggs. Had a damn good one with the Cali boys at the place next door to the saw shop in Fortuna.

The wife says next time you make it to Ft. Bragg, be sure and get to the bluebird cafe.

The spot in Humboldt is a bit different from a traditional eggs Benedict. In that they use a bagel instead of an English muffin. Nice change of pace very tasty.

I thought I might have gone there with my wife in the past. Now after I did a search for it. It says their is one up in Hopeland. Never been there before.

Breakfast is my favorite meal. I could go on and on about it. I like switching it up so I don't really have a go to food,
