So you're saying if there was a "fuck jehlers construction company" advocacy group and muck boots was contributing to that group by holding fund raisers to help that group raise money for their fight to put you out of business you would still buy boots from them.

But, it looks to me like this is just a big misunderstanding.
I think the person running their social media screwed up BIG TIME!
And, if this screw up story is accurate, I also think Muck needs to do a better job of damage control before this thing kills them!

Like I said, their damage control is really lacking! Especially when you see the results from a quick google search on the subject. People are pissed everywhere, and I've even read where some stores are packing up all of their products and sending them back.
They better get off of their ass and make a sizeable contribution to an outdoor based organization!

That Facebook post was called out when people called the Rhode Island humane society and found out they received no such donation. So that only leaves us to believe they donated to the HSUS. I understand they wanted to do something to honor the loss of a loved one, but they needed to do something that didn't bite the hand that fed them.
Without a big apology and donation to a outdoor friendly cause I don't think they will be doing much business anymore.
