Plus folks, it's poker. 4 of a kind will beat most anything, even if it's 4 2s. Heck most those lower species don't have individual limits so you could go 5 of a kind.

I could get 5 8s every day here if I wanted to.

Maybe someplace with a wide variety of ducks, but those who are in say Indiana... I think the prospect of 4 of a kind is more likely than getting four different ducks in one day.

You could make it a weekly deal. You can't rule things out because someone is in an area only likely to produce one species, they will have the same issues no matter what game you come up with. I would also recommend that the wild card/free space be a band instead of a harlequin. At least make it attainable for all, I have absolutely zero chance of shooting a harlequin in Nebraska, same with 95% of people on here.

I'm going to guess it is illegal, because we can't guarantee anyone's age.

The federal government has not outright banned online gaming. So that means that it would fall to a state level. The site is bound by state laws in which the actual server is located in and in which the owner of the server (me) is located in.

Online gambling would be illegal on WFF. However if we wanted to play for cash and donate all the winnings to a charity that would then be legal.
