Covid is still alive and well

Postby don novicki » Sat Jul 30, 2022 11:48 am

After 2 years of dodging the bullet, along with being fully vaccinated and boosted my wife and I wound up with the dam stuff. When it hits it sure hits hard. I had nausea/vomiting stomach cramps and a headache that just doesn't quit. WE were able to get a prescription for Pavalox ? or something like that and I we are on the mend. I hope no one here gets it and of course your families too. I was able to pinpoint the person who carried it as we had a family picnic last Sat where 9 out of 16 have so far contracted it. No more family gatherings for me that's for sure.

The wife and I had it this same week last year. I don’t wish that shit on nobody, I made two trips to the ER during my stint for dehydration. My coworker had it 3 weeks ago and I was hoping it wouldn’t get me again, so far so good.

We had it between Jan 5 and Jan 20.
I did anyway.
Jan 23 I saw the wife come home early on my ring doorbell so I asked her why?
Covid. We were the ones that had head and body aches. Tired and worn down.
I miraculously recovered in time to hunt and was unaware I'd even had it.
We all sort of laffed when I announced that we'd all been pretending it dont exist at the wma.
Things are a little different in Arkansas compared to the greater commonwealth of Illinoiz.

Out of myself and tight group, none of us have gotten jabbed, and none have suffered because of it. However we all know others that did take it and suffered and even died. I'll pass!!!! :qh:
