For meat she uses smoked sausage, duck, and shrimp.
When I finally post the video it's how she does it. I've had very little to do with her changing that recipe which she did. Ham sounds no good.
Smoked sausage is perfect imo.
She's changed a few things over the years but not much.
I think deer would be good in it but I don't get much of that.
I've posted her hand written recipe card before.

I put up the original card she used because she put it out there. My wife is proud of herself for perfecting this to where everyone who tries it wants more.
