never shot a Sig so can't speak for them. Obviously an HK would be sweet but not anywhere near the realm of reality. I'd be very excited with Glocks. Can't beat em for what we do. No bells. No whistles. Just draw and shoot

No. Basically function exactly like a Glock- internal hammer, no safety, etc. IMO, the biggest difference is the trigger. The trigger in the XD sucks, but as TK said, the XDM is supposed to be an improvement.
