That insert matches perfectly. In the other pic I thought there was a black stripe of laminate.

Not bad. I'm not big on laminates or colored wood but that matched up pretty good.

Thanks yeah no black in the lam. Yeah I know feb some love the colors some hate em but I try and offer something for every one will making some like this out of some really sweet woods soon! Dont worry I wont make you an RF out of it ha ha

I made another one tonight i tried a CA glue finish on this one and man you can't see in the pic but it looks like glass! Off to turn an insert for it. My next one will be red white and blue and called the angry american!
