A 20 gauge can kill a goose.
A 12 gauge is a more efficient tool.
I have owned both smokers. Dont knock the UDS until you have tried it.
Have eaten from them before, I see more difference in who's smoking than what they are smoking with.
Had many good meals from this smoker, been many years ago. I'll be interested in a UDS if it beats the price of free.
