A 20 gauge can kill a goose.

A 12 gauge is a more efficient tool.

I have owned both smokers. Dont knock the UDS until you have tried it.

Have eaten from them before, I see more difference in who's smoking than what they are smoking with.

Had many good meals from this smoker, been many years ago. I'll be interested in a UDS if it beats the price of free.

Is there ANY chance we could get back to the topic of UDS ?

Not trying to be an ass. Just interested more in how people make them and use them as opposed to hills, other types of smokers, fishing trips/lures, favorite metal bands, etc.

I love all of you.

Not one of you answered my question.

Things are great Red. I hope you do continue your quest for a UDS and post pictures along the way.

I am adding wheels to mine. I have the old training wheels off of Layniebug's bike, and am going to figure out a way to mount them on there, flush with the ground, so when I lean it back they make contact.
