How do you do the ground beef? Does it stay on a pan?

Yeah that pan it's on is perforated, just make a big ass patty, smoke it at 250 for 2.5 hours. Then chop it up and throw it in the chili.

Yeah when I first throw it on there I pile dry hickory chips up on the coals for tons of smoke. Last for abt 45 mins - 1 hr.

I love that meal. But I prefer French fries with gravy instead of mashed potatoes. Either way, delicious.

I've got the crinkle fries in the freezer but I didn't want to cook them in the oven and didnt feel like gettin out my deep fryer.
