Fly Fishing big time, all summer and duck season. Skiing in the winter when duck is over mostly park and in bounds, but last week I got AT boots and bindings so I'll be back country skiing as well. Big Game hunting. Mountain Biking. Used to play a lot of basketball, but as of this year I'm pretty much done.

I'm pretty lucky I guess. Keep things in good repair and she handles the rest. Maybe cook a meal once in a while and she is happy. She will be the first one with the fishing gear loaded and ready to go. We spend more time outdoors doing something than anything else.

Hoping to do some noodling and bow fishing this year.

i think so, plus if you can get to a point where you only need to bring a few items on a trip, you could really haul ass during elk season.

the only modern things i would think to be necessary would be a water filter and a modern med kit.

No I just have my Technician license. Still only using a handheld 5W radio but I'm thinking about setting up a base station.

Well send me $149 and I can help you turn your hobby into a profitable venture. Something I've been involved in for some time now. I can get you signed up with the HMOAA and you can be a surveyor. The Hotel/Motel Owners Association of America is conducting a nationwide survey to determine the best hand and body lotions for self stimulation. The job is simple.....Every time you stay in a motel or hotel, you use their free hand and body lotion and then send in a report. Each report pays you $15.00. You usually get your check within three weeks of your report. They provide you with a format with which to grade the lotions in five categories and you simply rate the lotion in each category on a scale of one to ten.

The data will be compiled and the results used to advertise hotel/motel chains and individual inns as to which establishments provide the greatest value to their guests.

Let me know if you want to participate as a surveyor......At a minimum, think of it as $15 off each and every motel/hotel stay (this is in addition to any discounts you may already receive).

I have some tower, the pole for putting it up, and possible some antennas and rotors.
My dad retired from it and left a bunch of stuff behind.
Ever hear of a SignalOne radio? Only five were produced. Very expensive, does everything, tranceiver.

I probably shouldn't call this a hobby but do like putting up fences with the old man.

Other hobbies:
Trapshooting
Shooting rifles and shit
Canoe trips on the Missouri
Riding a string of horses in for a week of camping with Great Uncle Eldon
Getting gear and things ready for hunting season

That's about it.

You should go get your license and raise that tower. I'm sure you'd be a hit on the HF bands.

Used to have a ton of hobbies. Now I am married with a kid. The time disappears quick!

I hunt, and shoot (shotgun pistol and rifle), and am buying a press to start reloading pistol an rifle boolits. And the wife and I have decided to start small in the prepping side if things.

Preppers make me laugh.
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

Actually that hobbie has taken the biggest hit:(. I used to go through a book every other week. Now I only get to read when I am on break at work.
